1. Who we are

These Terms govern your access to and use of peptifyuk.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it. The Site is operated by PEPTIFY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 17021295, with its registered office at 21 Harewood Drive, Ilford, England IG5 0PJ ("Peptify", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Research use only

Every product sold on the Site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended, labelled, or sold for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or individual purchasing solely for bona fide in-vitro laboratory research purposes;
• You will not administer, consume, ingest, inject, apply topically, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body;
• You understand that our products are not approved by the MHRA, FDA, or any other medicines regulator for human or veterinary use;
• You accept sole responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful use of the products in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility & territory

The Site is primarily intended for researchers located in the United Kingdom. We may, at our sole discretion, fulfil orders outside the UK; where we do, the buyer is solely responsible for complying with all import, customs, and regulatory requirements in the destination country.

4. Product information, availability & pricing

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, Certificates of Analysis, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. Purity claims (for example "99%+ HPLC-verified") refer to the specific batch tested and documented in the Certificate of Analysis associated with that batch.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of shipping but inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to amend pricing, correct pricing errors, and withdraw products at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe the order is inconsistent with research-use-only supply, where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we identify a pricing error.

6. Payment

We accept payment via secure UK bank transfer (Open Banking, FCA-authorised) and via supported cryptocurrencies processed by NOWPayments. All payment data is handled by the respective provider; we do not store card numbers or cryptocurrency private keys on our systems.

7. Shipping

UK orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked. Free delivery is provided on UK orders over £40; otherwise shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

8. Returns, refunds & damage

Due to the nature of research peptides and the inability to verify storage chain-of-custody once products leave our controlled environment, we do not accept returns. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds or exchanges are offered on delivered orders except as expressly set out below or where required by non-excludable provisions of applicable consumer law.

Damage or loss in transit: if your order arrives visibly damaged or fails to arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact info@peptifyuk.com within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with photographs and your order number. We will ship a free replacement, no questions asked.

Pre-dispatch cancellation: you may cancel an unfulfilled order by emailing us before 2:00 PM on the day of the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product images, Certificates of Analysis, copy, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Peptify and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

10. No therapeutic, medical, or dietary claims

Any reference to published research, biological activity, or mechanism of action on the Site is provided for scientific reference only. No statement on the Site should be read as a therapeutic, medical, cosmetic, or dietary claim. If you believe you have seen any content that could reasonably be interpreted as making such a claim, please notify us at info@peptifyuk.com so we can review and correct it.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are supplied "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement, except any warranties that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to the above, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any misuse of products contrary to the research-use-only framework set out in Section 2.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Peptify harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the products; or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Privacy & cookies

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
