Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day from London by Royal Mail Tracked. Weekend orders ship the next working day. Tracking is emailed the moment your label is created.
Delivery options
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.49, 1–2 working days. FREE on orders over £40.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.49, 2–3 working days.
Transit times are Royal Mail's service targets rather than guarantees — the network can add a day or two at peak periods, during industrial action, or in adverse weather. Your tracking number is the live source of truth.
The Peptify Delivery Promise
If your parcel doesn't arrive, we reship it free — within one working day of your claim. No waiting out a courier investigation. If tracking shows no delivery within 48 hours of the expected date, email info@peptifyuk.com with your order number; claims stay open for 30 days from dispatch. The promise doesn't cover an incorrectly entered address, and where Royal Mail records a delivery (photo and GPS) we review that evidence first, with a one-time goodwill reshipment in genuine cases.
Returns
We cannot accept returns once an order has left our controlled storage environment — the storage chain can no longer be verified, so a vial can never be resold. Exclusion made under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(c) (goods liable to deteriorate rapidly) and reg 28(3) (sealed goods, health and hygiene). You are still covered where it matters: parcels that don't arrive are reshipped free, damaged orders are replaced free within 48 hours of a photo report, and undispatched orders can be cancelled in full — see the refund policy.
